Arcane University
Prerequisite: Wizard Guild
Cost: 16,000 + 1,000 resources per spell level after 7th.
An Arcane University increases the Realm’s Power and Prestige scores by 4. It also increases the Power and Prestige scores of the settlement in which it is built by 4. Furthermore, the Ruler is able to cast 7th level arcane Realm spells within the boundaries of the entire Kingdom. An Arcane University can be upgraded to cast 8th and 9th level spells. Moreover, an Arcane University sells all arcane scrolls up to its spellcasting level. Finally, once per season the Ruler receives a random arcane scroll for free. There can only be one Arcane University in the whole Kingdom.

Basilica
Prerequisite: Temple
Cost: 16,000 + 1,000 resources per spell level after 7th.
A Basilica increases the Realm’s Authority and Prestige scores by 4. It also increases the Authority and Prestige scores of the settlement in which it is built by 4. Furthermore, the Ruler is able to cast 7th level divine Realm spells within the boundaries of the entire Kingdom. A Basilica can be upgraded to cast 8th and 9th level spells. Moreover, a Basilica sells all divine scrolls up to its spellcasting level. Finally, once per season the Ruler receives a random divine scroll for free. There can only be one Basilica in the whole Kingdom.

Colosseum
Prerequisite: Theater
Cost: 10,000 resources
A Colosseum increases the Prestige scores of the Realm by 4. It also increases the Prestige score of the settlement in which it is built by 4. In addition, it decreases Unrest in all Domains by 1d4 at the beginning of each season. There can only be one Colosseum in the whole Kingdom.

Grand Citadel
Prerequisite: Fortress
Cost: 9,500 resource points
The Grand Citadel is an expansion of an existing fortress with extra walls, buildings and courtyards. It is almost a city in its own right. It grants military units an additional +3 bonus to AC and Reflex saves. Furthermore, the Realm’s Power and Authority scores are increased by 2, and the Power and Authority scores of the Domain in which the Grand Citadel is built increases by 4. There can only be one Grand Citadel in the whole Kingdom.

High Court
Prerequisite: Court House
Cost: 12,000 resources
The High Court increases the Authority and Statecraft scores of the Realm by 4. It also increases the Authority and Statecraft scores of the settlement in which it is built by 4. There can only be one High Court in the whole Kingdom.

Magical Forgeworks
Prerequisite: Eldritch Smithy
Cost: 8,000 resources
With Magical Forgeworks a Ruler is able to order the creation of magical staffs and rings within a week’s time. Moreover, the Realm’s Economy score increases by 4. Finally, once per season the Ruler receives a random ring or staff for free. There can only be one Magical Forgeworks in the whole Kingdom.

Merchants’ Council
Prerequisite: Merchants’ Hall
Cost: 8,000 resources
A Merchants’ Council increases the Commerce scores of the Realm by 4. It also increases the Commerce score of the settlement in which it is built by 4. There can only be one Merchants’ Council in the whole Kingdom.

Military School
Prerequisite: Barracks
Cost: 14,000 resources
A Military School increases the Power and Prestige scores of the Realm by 4. It also increases the Power and Prestige scores of the settlement in which it is built by 4. In addition, units drafted in the settlement where the school is built start as experienced. Finally, the Domain can muster double as much soldiers. There can only be one Military School in the whole Kingdom.
